New Roof
NewRoof is an insulated aluminum roofing system that is applied over the existing roof of the mobile home. NewRoof helps eliminate leaks, roof rumble, and condensation. It reduces heating and cooling costs substantially.
Two inch thick sheets of polystyrene insulation are placed upon the existing roof and covered with contoured aluminum panels. Attachment is made through the side of the home so that no screws enter the top surface of the existing roof. This simple yet efficient combination provides the needed flexibility and durability for a long lasting, low maintenance, energy efficient roof system.
